Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Terra Ceia, a subtropical climate where pest activity essentially never stops given the year-round warmth, and Concrete block and stucco construction is standard here, designed to withstand hurricane-force wind and heavy rain. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
