Subterranean termites need soil contact and moisture to thrive, and Truxton's conditions — a humid climate with hot summers and winters cold enough for regular snow and ice — create exactly that. Housing spans century-old urban neighborhoods to newer suburban subdivisions throughout the metro. Termite colonies can go undetected for years, quietly compromising structural wood the entire time.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
