Tsaile's housing stock is part of what determines termite risk. A mix of traditional and modern single-family homes, manufactured housing, and newer tribal housing developments spread across a large, sparsely populated area. Combined with the local climate — an arid plateau climate defined by extremes — hot days, cold nights, and real winter cold despite being desert terrain — soil-to-wood contact points around the foundation are the most common entry route.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
