Tunbridge's housing stock is part of what determines termite risk. Housing here is built specifically for mountain winters — reinforced roofs, basements, and wood-frame construction on forested lots. Combined with the local climate — a high mountain climate defined by heavy snowpack and a brief, mild summer season — soil-to-wood contact points around the foundation are the most common entry route.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
