Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Tupelo, a humid subtropical climate with hot, humid summers, colder winters than western Oklahoma, and a real spring severe-weather season, and Slab and crawl-space construction both appear here, common throughout this more humid part of the state. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
