Waucoma's housing stock is part of what determines termite risk. Older brick and wood-frame homes are common throughout this region's historic manufacturing river cities. Combined with the local climate — a climate shaped by the Mississippi River valley, with more consistent precipitation than the drier western part of the state — soil-to-wood contact points around the foundation are the most common entry route.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
