West Memphis's housing stock is part of what determines termite risk. Housing here is a mix of older farmhouses and small-town ranch homes, with crawl-space foundations that are especially vulnerable to Delta humidity. Combined with the local climate — a humid subtropical climate with hot, muggy summers, mild winters, and high year-round humidity typical of the Mississippi Delta — soil-to-wood contact points around the foundation are the most common entry route.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
