Subterranean termites need soil contact and moisture to thrive, and White Rock's conditions — a high-mountain climate with cold, snowy winters and mild, short summers, far colder than the Albuquerque valley below — create exactly that. A blend of historic Hispanic land-grant village homes and newer mountain-style construction throughout this high country. Termite colonies can go undetected for years, quietly compromising structural wood the entire time.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
