Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Woods Cross, a semi-arid climate with hot, dry summers and cold, snowy winters, shaped by the surrounding Wasatch Mountains and Great Salt Lake, and Suburban homes with basements dominate here, built over decades of steady Wasatch Front population growth. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
