Subterranean termites need soil contact and moisture to thrive, and Zanoni's conditions — a climate shaped by the Ozark Plateau's elevation and forest cover, humid but with real seasonal variation — create exactly that. Older wood-frame homes are common throughout the rural Ozarks, alongside newer suburban construction around Springfield. Termite colonies can go undetected for years, quietly compromising structural wood the entire time.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
