A mix of older wood-frame Victorian and mid-century homes and newer high-density construction, most without air conditioning given the mild climate.
For wasps, hornets, and yellowjackets, we locate the nest, confirm the species, and apply a targeted treatment that eliminates the colony with minimal disruption to the area around it. Honeybee colonies are handled differently — since they're protected pollinators, our approach is relocation rather than extermination whenever a colony can be safely removed intact.
