Wasps and hornets build nests in a wide range of spots around a Ronco property — eaves, attic vents, ground burrows, dense shrubs — often going unnoticed until activity picks up. Brick and frame construction from the steel era dominates, much of it built directly into the region's steep terrain.
Nest removal starts with locating every entry and exit point, since a nest treated from only one angle can leave insects able to relocate nearby. For destructive species we eliminate the colony on-site; for honeybees, we coordinate relocation to preserve the colony rather than destroying a beneficial pollinator population.
