Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Ronco's housing stock gives them exactly that. Brick and frame construction from the steel era dominates, much of it built directly into the region's steep terrain. Combined with Ronco's climate — a humid continental climate with hot, humid summers, cold snowy winters, and frequent overcast skies — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
