German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Chino Valley's a four-season climate at roughly a mile of elevation, meaning actual cold snaps and occasional snow that the low desert never sees keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. Housing ranges from historic mining-town construction to newer builds on wooded acreage, with crawl spaces and partial basements far more common than in the valley below.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
