Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Crowell's housing stock gives them exactly that. Housing spans historic High Plains farming towns to newer development tied to Permian Basin oil activity. Combined with Crowell's climate — a dry, sunny climate with genuine winter cold on the High Plains and much milder winters farther south near El Paso — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
