German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Estacada's a mild four-season climate without harsh winter cold, but with genuinely wet conditions much of the year keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. Housing spans historic Willamette Valley farmhouses to newer suburban subdivisions, most built to handle sustained winter rainfall.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
