Every job through the Pest Control Xpert network follows the same steps, in every city we serve — inspection first, a written plan before any product goes down, and documentation you can keep.
1. You call or book online
Tell us what you're seeing and where. We're staffed Monday-Friday 7am-8pm and weekends 8am-6pm, with 24/7 emergency response available in most markets. Call before 3 PM on a weekday for the best shot at same-day service.
2. Free inspection & written estimate
A licensed local technician inspects the property, identifies the pest and the entry points or conducive conditions behind it, and gives you a written, itemized estimate before any product is applied.
3. IPM-aligned treatment
Treatment follows Integrated Pest Management methodology — targeted, EPA-registered products at labeled sites, not broadcast spraying. Every active ingredient is documented on your service ticket.
4. Documentation & 30-day warranty
Every visit is logged and itemized — useful for landlords, property managers, or your own records. Work is backed by a 30-day return-visit warranty.
One-time, quarterly, or monthly — your call.
The service cadence is set by your actual pest pressure, not a locked-in contract minimum. We'll recommend a schedule during your inspection, and you decide.
