Rodent pressure in Fort Huachuca tracks closely with the season and the housing stock. A mix of older adobe and block-construction homes near town centers with newer stucco-and-block subdivisions on the outskirts, plus manufactured housing common in rural stretches. A rodent problem rarely resolves with traps alone if the entry point stays open.
Our process treats rodent control as a sealing problem first and a trapping problem second. We inspect the full exterior for entry points, seal what we find, then use snap traps or tamper-resistant bait stations indoors to clear whatever is already inside. A follow-up visit verifies no new activity.
