Mice and rats are opportunists, and Ludlow properties give them plenty of opportunity. Stucco-and-block construction on concrete slabs is standard here, with irrigated golf-course landscaping common throughout. Once inside a wall void or attic space, they're difficult to remove without sealing the entry point that let them in.
Our process treats rodent control as a sealing problem first and a trapping problem second. We inspect the full exterior for entry points, seal what we find, then use snap traps or tamper-resistant bait stations indoors to clear whatever is already inside. A follow-up visit verifies no new activity.
