Termites don't announce themselves the way most pests do. In Ocate, a windswept climate where winter cold and wind define much of the year on this stretch of the high plains, and Housing is spread across large rural parcels, mixing older ranch-style construction with modest small-town homes. Regular inspection is the only reliable way to catch a colony before it causes real structural damage.
Because termite colonies operate underground and out of sight, our process leans heavily on inspection: checking every foundation wall, sill plate, and crawl space for activity. From there we deploy either soil treatment or a Sentricon-style bait and monitoring program, both backed by a written service report.
